We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Special Care Nursery team at Healthscope. This role offers a supportive management structure and a close-knit team environment.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our Special Care Nursery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to newborns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care for patients and newborns.
- Maintaining a high standard of care that aligns with your level of experience and education.
- Creating an environment that fosters effective communication.
- Collaborating with patients and families in care decision-making.
- Providing support in other wards as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in Neonatal Intensive Care or Special Care Nursery.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
