Nurse Specialist in Special Care Nursery

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team at Prince of Wales Private Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
- Work in partnership with patients and families to promote beneficial relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and utilize strategies to create a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Neonatal nursing, preferably in a Level 2 nursery setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality patient care and compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
