Compensation:
Pay rate based on experience
$55-$190 PH
Position Overview:
Care Connect Staffing is in search of committed and empathetic Registered Nurses to deliver outstanding care in aged care settings throughout Sydney. Candidates should possess a genuine interest in elderly care and have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee the Care assistants and Medication Endorsers responsible for administering daily medications and assisting residents with personal care.
- Administer medications including s8s/Insulin.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with family members and multidisciplinary teams.
- Offer support and education to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Experience working with the elderly is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical abilities and a dedication to delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to commit to 3 shifts per week.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including AM, PM, Nightshift, weekends, and public holidays.
