Project Development Lead

A highly experienced Project Development Lead is required to lead and manage proposal development, project controls for infrastructure and facility-related projects. This position plays a key role in strategic planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of project proposals and execution planning.
  • Oversee cost-loaded schedules, EACs, risk identification, change management, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Subcontracts, and internal stakeholders to drive effective planning and vendor engagement.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage transition from proposal phase to project execution through structured handovers.
  • Foster team development, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, records, and performance reporting.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance on all sites.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project controls, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
