Program Director

The Program Director plays a vital role in the successful delivery of large-scale projects, overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of programs/projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory mandates.
  • Strategize and allocate resources to mitigate risks, safeguard project outcomes, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial frameworks, ensuring transparency and integrity.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
  • Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, or equivalent.
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience building and sustaining high-performing integrated teams.
  • 5+ years of experience working with business strategy and long-range business plans.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000).
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
