Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction and maintenance of facilities in Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams and driving projects forward.

About the Role:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Direct and coordinate site personnel, ensuring all project activities are carried out efficiently and safely.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and control project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with diverse teams, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  3. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.
Requirements:
  • Possess relevant experience in construction or project management, preferably with an active TS/SCI clearance or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.
  • Hold a degree in a related field such as civil engineering, architecture, or business administration from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing similar-sized projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Showcase your ability to work effectively in 24x7x365 operational environments, coordinating with mission operations and implementing process improvement models.
