Overview:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in the management of construction projects and Task Orders (TO) to recapitalize, complete major repairs, new construction, and augment the existing infrastructure.">
  • Key responsibilities include direct project planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities, as well as interpreting drawings and implementing specifications for job site queries.">
  • Additional duties include resolving job site technical issues encountered during execution of construction projects, formulating and enforcing operational and construction standards that support company objectives, contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental standards.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience.">
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with construction/facility projects of similar scope, size and complexity.">
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers and sub-contractors.">
