We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
This role involves providing administrative support to our team of Rehabilitation Consultants, assisting with tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report preparation. You will also be responsible for making phone calls to doctors' offices and new employers, as well as performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to Rehabilitation Consultants
- Data entry and report preparation
- Phone calls to doctors' offices and new employers
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous office experience
- Working at Medium - Advanced level across Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and time management
- Ability to multitask
- Allied Health Certificate of Qualification (highly regarded)
- Willingness to complete a police check prior to commencement
