This role provides an opportunity to launch your career in rehabilitation and work with a team focused on adding value to our customers in every interaction.
- As an Entry Level Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
- Conducting assessments and case management services across various client portfolios is also a key responsibility of this role.
The 12-month program includes industry-leading mentorship from experienced professionals. You will be exposed to different working styles to help you develop your own approach.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome pack and participate in online induction learnings for technical and soft skills.
- During the first six months, you will engage in regular supervision with an allocated mentor, participate in ongoing case reviews and QA support, and have access to an incentive program.
- Throughout the program, you will also have opportunities for professional development, including access to service mentoring, paid professional development, and engagement with other graduates nationally.
