Job Overview

The role of Administrative Operations Coordinator is a critical component in the success of our organisation's operations.

This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week, providing management and support to a team of professionals. The successful candidate will be required to work within our office and contribute to a positive work culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including payroll, invoicing and accounts.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong administration background with previous experience in an office management role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • Valid Blue Card and Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
  • Valid Queensland Drivers Licence.
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module, First Aid & CPR Training and Covid-19 digital certificate.
