Administrative Coordinator Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, including booking flights, hotels, and venues, and arranging catering and logistics.
  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or a related field.
  • High level of administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and other software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
