Job Description:

This is a role that involves developing business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business leads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, initiating, developing, and nurturing business relationships and opportunities in the market/target accounts.

They will also be required to perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication such as email to prospect new opportunities.

Apart from this, they will need to identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines, capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM system.

Additionally, they will be expected to attend trade shows, events, and conferences, network with market influencers, consultants, and partners, and provide insights and recommendations on how to improve sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales. Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization is preferred.

You should be passionate about people and building relationships, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills. An enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills is also necessary.

You should be able to multitask and shift priorities as needed, and be driven as an individual contributor but love to collaborate as part of a team. It's a bonus if you have experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or experience/knowledge in HR or HR tech platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range from $50,000 - $80,500 per annum, plus a 30% additional variable compensation component based on achievement of target.
