Restaurant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of restaurant activities, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning of facilities and services.
  • Coordinate bookings and event schedules to maximize revenue potential.
  • Monitor financial transactions, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Oversee operational requirements including marketing, security, maintenance, food service, sales, events, and cash management.
  • Lead and supervise staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hospitality industry management.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Experience in team training and ensuring high standards are upheld.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and liquor licensing regulations.
