Burger Urge is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a key role in the company, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of enthusiastic staff members to ensure excellent customer service and meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and facilities to maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to drive sales and increase revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to inform business decisions
Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operations management, including inventory management and staffing
  • Maintaining a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
