Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall management and coordination of all restaurant activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and services.
  • Coordinate venue bookings and event schedules.
  • Monitor financial transactions, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Accountability for achieving all revenue targets.
  • Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Experience in training teams and ensuring high standards are upheld.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
