We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional and dedicated Hotel Operations professional to join our team at Minor Hotels as Assistant Manager - Operations on a full time basis.

This position will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational systems support to our portfolio of over 60+ properties across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Operations department interface between business units, technology & support teams.
- CMS system use & Trust Regulation compliance monitoring.
- Supervision & development of Operations Support Staff, including performance & KPI reviews.
- Pre-openings support - system build.
- Oversee end of month support to properties and other departments, ensuring all end of month reporting is completed as required.
- Provide professional & confidential support to Group Director of Operations.
- Overall responsibility of Operations Team in absence of Group Director of Operations.
- After Hours on Call roster management and support
- Operations Helpdesk system administration.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications, skills and experience**:

- 5 + years experience working within a Hotel Operations capacity
- Exceptional understanding of Trust Accounting, Strata Title and Service Apartments management
- Advanced knowledge of CMS Hospitality systems
- High-level written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively at all levels
- Ability to remain calm and controlled under pressure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective planning and organisational skills to manage, multiple tasks and ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Availability to work full time hours, Monday - Friday
