**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our Australian Corporate Secretariat team. As a valued member of the team, you will have ownership of your own client portfolio and enjoy the diversity of providing company secretarial and corporate governance services to top multi-national companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: On-board new clients, collect and review KYC documentation, attend client meetings, and build strong rapport with clients.
  • Hands-on engagement in all company secretarial activities, including preparing documents, updating statutory records, and lodging with ASIC/Companies Office.
  • General compliance with the Corporations Act.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar company secretarial/corporate governance/compliance role.
  • Solid knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASIC/company operational/reporting requirements.
  • High accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and results-driven skills.
  • Outstanding communication, client service, and time prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and a close-knit, supportive team.
