The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking a skilled and dedicated Wine and Dairy Team Assistant to support the coordination and execution of prestigious Sydney Royal events.

As a key member of the Wine, Dairy & Fine Food Team, you will work closely with Senior Manager and Event Managers to facilitate administrative tasks and operational preparations for all Sydney Royal Shows.

Responsibilities include collaborating on planning and execution of associated Show events, maintaining up-to-date website content, handling travel and accommodation arrangements for Show Officials, and providing support for Exhibitor, Council, and Committee needs.

To excel in this role, you will possess excellent attention to detail, creative flair, and organisational skills, complemented by a strong appreciation for the food, wine, and agricultural industries.

Required qualifications include tertiary qualifications in the wine and food industries (desirable) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound planning, problem-solving, and coordinating skills, customer service, and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will also possess high-level computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Momentus or equivalent event management systems (desirable).

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of a range of duties, including event planning, coordination, and execution, as well as general administrative responsibilities to support the team's objectives.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the chance to work in a dynamic and diverse environment with like-minded professionals.
