Project Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for overseeing system, data, security and process changes while working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to bring projects to life.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges through hands-on involvement across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership across a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of projects, collaborating with program managers, product owners and subject matter experts.
  • Define detailed change impact assessments for data, system and application functions.
  • Manage project resources, ensuring delivery within scope, time and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate project ceremonies such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Guide teams through their project journey, supporting continuous improvement and adoption.

Requirements:

  • Typically 8 years' experience in project delivery or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role using Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex software solutions and managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies in large-scale environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and facilitate key project ceremonies.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
