We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing enterprise systems and solutions.

About the Role
  • Design, develop and implement Oracle Fusion and internal/3rd-party applications in our ecosystem.
  • Support, design, develop and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, engineer solutions and ensure system alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines and budgets.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • AUS Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
