Job Title: System Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a System Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality system implementations that meet customer needs and expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops as required to ensure customers understand and utilize our system effectively.
  • Implement and control change management requests from clients to ensure seamless system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our system implementations, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify potential changes within the parameters of our system and work together to implement these changes.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Company to support the delivery of our system implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with radiology, pathology, hospital information, pharmacy, patient administration, and clinical information systems.
  • Knowledge of radiology, pathology, pharmacy, clinical healthcare products, and health informatics standards, reporting requirements, and legislative controls is highly desirable.
  • General aptitude for solving problems and utilizing technology to improve processes.
  • Understanding and experience in implementing product solutions.
  • Solid grasp of computer systems, software development and deployment methodology, and computer networking.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints.
  • Proven ability to think laterally and come up with innovative solutions for software product implementations.
  • Capacity to make independent recommendations for successful software product implementations.
  • Proven ability to work through problems with different customer groups achieving positive outcomes.

Education and Training:

  • Candidate should have a relevant or clinical university degree.
