System Implementation Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the onboarding and training of our network.
The ideal candidate has refined coaching and training skills, experience in accounting principles and practices, and knowledge of ERP systems. They should also be able to communicate technical information verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical users.
We are seeking an experienced Trainer with expertise in system implementation and data migration. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs that ensure seamless adoption of our ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a training strategy to optimise user adoption
- Managing support desk tickets alongside an offshore support team
- Configuring systems and managing level one system configuration
- Onboarding new users and their teams to our systems
- Managing data migration and/or hardware setup
