Senior Treasury Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Systems Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for driving the full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product.

  • You will lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional opportunities within Treasury.
  • You will participate in full sales cycle, including scoping, pricing, preparing presentation, and delivering presentation.
  • You will prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • You should have 5+ years of professional experience in a delivery role.
  • You should have 2+ years of experience in Kyriba or TMS implementation; CTP is a plus.
  • You should have at least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered).
  • You should have strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics, and communications.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.
  • You should have effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Nice-to-Haves

  • You should be able to drive strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes.
  • You should provide TMS subject-matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.
  • You should demonstrate experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
