System Integration Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in the seamless implementation of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficient integration.

  • Analyse existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify requirements and gaps
  • Manage end-to-end WMS implementations for new customers and migrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements and enhancements
  • Provide local support for system issues and troubleshooting
  • Engage in Systems Integration mapping & testing (APIs, EDIs, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or understanding of programming languages (e.g. C++, .NET, JAVA)
  • Applied knowledge of system integration processes, including scoping, mapping, testing of EDIs / APIs
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects against key milestones and timeframes
  • Flexibility to attend calls and meetings outside standard business hours and undertake infrequent travel
