The role of a Sytems Implementation Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment and integration of new systems and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular interactions with clients and key stakeholders to discuss system implementations and requirements.
  • Create detailed project reports to support financial planning and budgeting initiatives.
  • Develop strategic financial project plans to drive successful implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement system deliverables and provide comprehensive training across all system resources.
  • Analyze existing IT systems and business models to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Evaluate financial and marketing systems requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret complex data, and translate it into actionable insights and system requirements.
  • Familiarity with system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques such as process modeling, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.
  • A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration principles.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
