
Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative roles, preferably with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering and responding to incoming calls
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Conducting stock checks and data entry into Excel
- Processing invoices in MYOB
- Assisting with other general administration tasks as required
- Previous experience in an office admin role or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel
- Previous experience using accounting software such as MYOB/Xero
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support where needed
- Honesty and reliability are essential for this role
- Own vehicle and driver's licence with parking available on site
