Job Title:

Office Support Specialist

Job Description

This role is ideal for an organized and skilled professional who can efficiently handle day-to-day office operations.

As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team by managing front-of-house services, maintaining office presentation, and coordinating internal events.

You will also assist senior leadership and administrative staff with calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.

In addition, you will identify areas for improvement and contribute to the implementation of new technology and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-house support including meeting and greeting clients, managing meeting rooms, and preparing refreshments
  • Maintaining general office presentation, including kitchen and communal staff areas
  • Managing couriers, incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and general inquiries
  • Liaising with building management and facilities
  • Coordinating client-facing and internal events
  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership and other administrative staff
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in an office administration role
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
