Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting customer needs, working closely with Product Owners to ensure requests align with our product vision, and breaking down needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document customer needs using techniques like user journey mapping, emotional mapping, process diagrams, and prototyping
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure requests align with our product vision
  • Break down needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Lead prioritisation and elaboration sessions with customers
  • Validate solutions with customers throughout the development process
  • Report on estimates, progress, and risks to customers and stakeholders
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support acceptance testing
  • Train internal stakeholders and produce release notes
  • Champion continuous improvement in everything you do
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile (preferably Scrum) environment
  • Proven success delivering SaaS products for a software vendor
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • An inquisitive nature and a problem-solving approach
