Job Title: Strategic Business Solution Architect

This role is pivotal in delivering bespoke software solutions for customers. It requires collaboration with a dedicated development team and Product Owners to transform client requests into tailored, scalable outcomes that align with the broader product vision.

The experienced Strategic Business Solution Architect will own the product backlog, lead user story definition and requirements gathering, and drive iterative delivery, customer validation, and prioritisation. They will ensure development aligns with both user needs and product strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Document customer needs through techniques like user journey mapping, emotional mapping, process diagrams, and prototyping.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure requests are aligned with the company's product vision.
  • Break down needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise and elaborate on user stories with customers.
  • Validate solutions with customers throughout the development process.
  • Report on estimates, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support acceptance testing.
  • Develop release notes and train internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas.
