As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage Club Marine Claims and Club Assist services, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee business plans, strategies, and processes to align with the ongoing development, profitability, and success of Club Marine.
- Implement a proactive and compliant claims process for the management of Pleasure craft claims, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in business operations and customer service.
- Establish initiatives to minimize costs while maintaining acceptable internal and external service levels.
- Supervise the selection and performance of external claims service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints to conclusion, supporting customer satisfaction, service improvements, and team development.
- Ensure team compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance obligations, with effective systems and processes in place.
- Lead claims programs that support customer centricity, developing key relationships and partnerships with customers, intermediaries, and regulators.
- Extensive experience in claims management, with the ability to lead, coach, and empower people to develop individual and team potential.
- Recent experience in a senior leadership role, with proven ability to foster cross-functional awareness and collaboration.
- Ability to make independent and collaborative decisions, taking responsibility for the consequences of decisions.
- Proven ability to articulate a customer-centric culture and exemplify behaviors at all levels of the organization.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels.
