About the Role
This opportunity is part of our global brokerage team, where you'll play a key role in managing Financial Lines claims. As a Senior Claims Manager, you will report to the National Claims Manager and be responsible for wide-ranging Financial Lines claims, with both market and client-facing responsibilities.
About You
For this role, we're seeking either a qualified lawyer (minimum 2-3 years PQE desirable) or someone with considerable experience in Financial Lines claims management. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective management of Financial Lines Claims or litigation;
- Strong communication skills with a focus on technical claims management and advocacy of complex claims;
- Stakeholder management and negotiation of difficult disputes;
- Developing effective working relationships and influencing skills to work across the business;
- An understanding of insurance products and markets with a focus on Financial Lines;
