We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our team at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and completing the check-in process for arrivals
  • Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Proactively finding ways to delight and excite our guests to ensure their stay is memorable
  • Maintaining current knowledge of hotel products, services, and special promotional offers
  • Maximising sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs
  • Performing general incoming communication duties, including answering telephone calls and responding to emails
