Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated rehabilitation professional to join our team of experienced consultants.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence in their personal lives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice
  • Conducting initial needs assessments and workplace assessments
  • Providing advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counseling
  • Assessing support needs and providing case management services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Able to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
