Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven allied health professional to deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. You will work closely with injured workers, employers, and stakeholders to facilitate recovery and independence in the workplace and community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial needs assessments and workplace assessments to identify rehabilitation goals and strategies
  • Providing advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counseling to support return-to-work outcomes
  • Coordinating medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison to ensure effective communication and case management
  • Developing and implementing support plans to address barriers to recovery and reintegration into the workforce
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Full registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a go-getter mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
