About the Role

Ventia is seeking a skilled Trade Repair Officer to join our team in South Guildford. As a key member of our Trade Repair Team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of assets and tasks performed on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Schedulers with maintenance work implementation, performance, service, and quality assurance
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure action plans and objectives are achieved within timeframes
  • Create and manage job packets to obtain quotes for work to be completed with external subcontractors
  • Verify subcontractor invoices for billing to be completed
  • Identify any missing/required parts, place orders through appropriate channels, receive the parts and maintain stock levels in the stores as required
Requirements
  • Trade Certificate from a Mechanical / Workshop background (Mechanic, Electronics, Fitter)
  • WA Driver's Licence – HR is preferred
  • Forklift Licence – Highly regarded
  • Previous experience within a stores or maintenance environment
  • Open and clear communication within a team environment
