Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a pivotal role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the front office while working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager with scheduling, staff development, and performance evaluations
  • Manage front office financial procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor room occupancy and forecasts; align staffing rosters to optimize labour costs
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in training, onboarding, and performance reviews for front office staff
  • Prepare and review daily operational and financial reports

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, including experience with team scheduling and occupancy forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
