The Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our Front Office team. You will be an excellent communicator, positive can-do attitude and someone who excels in delivering brilliant customer service, while encouraging your team to do so as well.

Reporting to the Rooms Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

  • Be the role model - Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and exceed our guest expectations
  • Provide solutions, support, and guidance throughout the running of shifts to all departments, stepping up in the absence of senior front office managers
  • Ability to lead and support our team members to provide excellent, innovative, and personalised guest service at every touch point
  • Monitoring all arrivals and departures, communicating with relevant teams to help ensure smooth operations
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and overnights across weekends and public holidays

About You

To excel in the role, you should have;

  • 1+ years' experience in a supervisory position within a hotel
  • Experience in hotel front office operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with all guests and associates
  • A positive, team orientated and inspiring leader
  • A current First Aid Certificate and Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or be willing to obtain
