We are seeking an administrative professional to join our care home team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

About the Role

As a Customer Services Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the care home. Your duties may include:

  • Resident Placement: Providing a warm welcome and informative introduction to prospective residents and their loved ones.
  • Employee Service: Supporting and overseeing the employee experience, including tasks such as administering rosters, recruitment activities, and managing annual and sick leave.
  • Concierge / Reception / Admin: Effectively leading the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This role requires patience, calmness, and excellent communication skills. You will also need diplomacy, a proactive approach, and intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite. Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role is essential.
