The Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team at Stapylton location. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be critical in the end-to-end order management and customer experience process.
You will focus on ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with exceptional service at every step. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing responsive and professional customer service, managing queries, complaints, and delivery issues.
- Liaising with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to coordinate timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitoring inventory levels and flagging potential shortages or surpluses early.
- Preparing regular reports on order status, fill rates, OTIF (On Time In Full), and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records for performance tracking and audits.
- Supporting cross-functional projects including product launches, promotions, and customer onboarding.

Requirements:
We're looking for someone with proven experience in customer operations, order processing, or high-volume customer service.
You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident using ERP and CRM systems, with Microsoft Excel/Outlook skills.
