Travel Experience Coordinator

Are you passionate about travel and providing exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team.

  • Coordinating Customer Booking Requirements:

    • Responding to customer inquiries regarding travel bookings and requirements

  • Managing Post-Sale Upgrades:

    • Assisting customers with upgrading their existing travel arrangements

  • Assisting with Insurance Quotes:

    • Providing customers with accurate insurance quotes for their travel arrangements

  • Amending Existing Bookings and Customer Travel Documentation:

    • Modifying and updating customer travel itineraries as needed

As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer travel arrangements, from booking to documentation.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Travel:

    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of customer travel arrangements
