About the Role- Deliver face-to-face training sessions with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize intermediate administration and computer skills, as well as flexible and self-motivated qualities.
- Possess 2+ years of experience in training and assessment within an RTO.
- Maintain adherence to RTO policies and procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant industry experience and qualifications.
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TAE40116 CERTIFICATE IV IN TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT.
- Industry qualification at/or above delivery level.
