As a Training and Assessment Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by providing education and training support to those who need it most.

  • Deliver training programs for aged care and disability courses using adult learning principles
  • Mentor students through their course and provide ongoing support on their learning journey

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, mentoring students, and creating a teaching environment that promotes diversity and inclusivity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • Current industry experience with nationally accredited vocational courses
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)

Additionally, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
