We are a leading healthcare education provider in Melbourne, offering nationally recognised training courses.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Trainer & Assessor for our Certificate III in Health Services Assistance course.

Job Description

Deliver classroom-based training across three modern campuses and support flexible learning students as needed.

Key Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • a minimum of two years recent or current experience working in a relevant health services role;
  • a HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance qualification or similar; and
  • a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, plus additional qualifications in adult education.

Essential Skills

You will need:

  • excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, prioritising, and problem-solving;
  • demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member;
  • competency in Microsoft Office suite, online platforms, computers, projectors, and internet use;
  • well-developed organisational and time management skills;
  • the ability to facilitate in an adult learning environment;
  • and a positive and proactive attitude.
