Adult Mental Health Clinical Educator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical practice, with the ability to develop and provide educational strategies for mental health professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Education and Training: Develop and implement educational programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills among mental health staff.
- Clinical Practice: Provide consultation and support to staff members to advance professional practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Leadership: Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive learning culture and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Education: Graduation from a recognized nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications/Licenses: Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Experience: Three to five years' recent related experience, including two years' relevant clinical experience.
- Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks, computer skills, and software application proficiency.
This position demands a sound understanding of current and future mental health clinical issues, ensuring that mental health professionals remain up-to-date with the latest best practices and research findings.
