Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, visitors, and contractors.
- Ensure the reception area and front of house are always tidy and well-maintained.
- Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and monitor our visitor Rapid Global system.
- Assist with accounts, customer payment systems, and in-house databases.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage office facilities.
- Manage stationery, consumables, mail, and parcel disbursement.
- Provide quality administrative services to support branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar office support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate office support efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (Intermediate level).
