We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a champion of exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for leading the way in managing guest interactions, team performance, and hotel operations.

  • Prioritizing workload and ensuring seamless delivery of authentic, memorable experiences
  • Cultivating a high-performing team through effective coaching and development programs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive results that positively impact hotel performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in duty management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
  • A deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience personalization
  • Proficiency in PMS systems, ideally Opera
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills desirable but not essential
