**Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Hotel Team at Treasury Brisbane**

We seek a dynamic individual for the role of Hotel Duty Manager, overseeing and supporting the daily operations of the Hotel and Hotel Food and Beverage Departments, with a primary focus on critical areas like the Front Desk, Reservations, and Concierge. This job needs someone who can create amazing guest experiences and truly capture the essence of exceptional hospitality.

**What's your role**:

- Ensure a high standard of service and attention to detail within the department.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Proactively address challenges, provide feedback on staff performance, and uphold employee discipline.
- Direct and manage departmental operations, overseeing key responsibilities such as scheduling, training, upholding customer service standards, and performance management.
- Address guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Represent hotel senior leadership in their absence and perform related duties.
- Lead by example in presentation, customer care, commitment, and professionalism.

**What We're Seeking**:

- Guest focused with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and prior experience in a luxury 5-star property.
- Demonstrate a composed demeanour, particularly in challenging situations, and possess the ability to effectively navigate conflicts towards successful resolution.
- High level of communication and organisational skills
- Maintain a sales-focused mindset to promote room upsells and cross-departmental upselling opportunities consistently.
- Sound knowledge of Opera Front Office System is preferred.
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
