Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service?

Beachmere Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager.

Located in a vibrant coastal community, our hotel offers a unique blend of gaming entertainment, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Lead a team across all areas of the hotel, including Gaming, Bar, Restaurant and Bottle shop.
  • Open and close the venue, ensuring all compliance and admin tasks are completed.
  • Assist & liaise with staff for large functions, events and bookings through the restaurant
  • Customer complaint resolution and management

About you

  • Previous experience in a duty manager or supervisor position highly regarded.
  • You'll be approachable, engaging and professional
  • Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • RSA and RSG certification required, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence preferred.
