Enterprise Risk Monitoring Manager Role Overview

The Enterprise Risk Monitoring Manager will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for improving risk management practices across various domains. This involves developing and maintaining a robust monitoring framework, executing continuous monitoring reviews, and providing value-adding advice to stakeholders.

This position requires the ability to develop an annual plan for monitoring engagements to target risk areas for deep dive review, execute continuous monitoring reviews across all domains on behalf of Group Risk, and collaborate with other members of Group Risk to deliver accurate and insightful risk reporting as required.

The successful candidate will have strong risk management and assurance experience (6+ years), preferably gained in a Financial Services organization, and experience in Line 2 roles that include monitoring, internal audit, or risk advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing an annual plan for monitoring engagements to target risk areas for deep dive review.
  • Executing continuous monitoring reviews across all domains on behalf of Group Risk, working closely with Line 2 Risk Advisors.
  • Collaborating with other members of Group Risk to deliver accurate and insightful risk reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong risk management and assurance experience (6+ years), preferably gained in a Financial Services organization.
  • Experience in Line 2 roles that include monitoring, internal audit, or risk advisory.
