Governance Risk Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Group Governance team as an Associate Governance Compliance specialist.
The role involves providing effective compliance services, supporting risk decision-making and minimizing the risk of non-compliance with laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake business compliance activities
- Provide internal governance/compliance advisory services
- Ensure adherence to Continuous Disclosure obligations under ASX and Corporations Act
- Administer the Global entity system (Diligent)
- Proactively identify and manage key governance risks and perform control assessments
- Contribute towards enhancing Group Governance's internal reputation and branding
- Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and controls
- Assessment and interpretation skills
- Diligence and accuracy
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Integrity
- Law, Commerce or Business Degree preferred
